Ventura Beach House Motel Rooms

It was a delightful place. The room was light and airy with delightful high ceilings.

We really enjoyed the location, it was within walking distance of several food options and near Ventura Blvd. The ladies in the office were friendly, but stressed several times that no visitors were allowed.

Parking is awful. If you have a large vehicle or small trailer, there are no spots to accommodate these type of needs. And the manager offers no solutions. They just complain about the vehicle size.

Bed was comfortable. No bugs

How spacious the room is and the tv size. Also the fact the have dressers/drawers to put belongings in.

Cheap option, close enough to DT Ventura for a low price.

Bed comfy and sheets nice. Fridge and coffee maker with microwave. Hot water with good pressure. Very old school motor court with parking right outside the door. Nice area close to downtown. Looked freshly painted inside.

Great price. Excellent location near beaches and restaurants. Large room and clean bathroom. Parking close to room so no need to haul luggage long distance.

Well appointed, comfy rooms with coffee maker and microwave. Very clean, conveniently placed. Parking just outside the room in a pleasant parking area so easy in and out. Good area that felt safe. Pleasant, accommodating owners/staff. Hotel like at a more affordable price. Plenty of hot water and lovely comfortable bed. Best of the comparable bunch of motels. Definitely recommend. I returned twice.

Smelled like strong cheap cleaners that I’m allergic to so sleep was hard. Check in staff super abrasive and cold

These guys in the Rex motel must be related a lot of the same rules and no deaths and blah blah blah anyhow it was okay don't have guests anyway just the fact of somebody tells me I can't have someone over after I pay for a room just bugs the s*** out of me anyhow I'm 54 years old I'll be damned someone tell me I can't have someone over after I pay $100 almost for a room Ludacris anyhow lucky I don't have a life huh laugh out loud

Location was exceptional everything is close by and in walking distance

Location excellent, with an easy walk to the beach and some restaurants within walking distance. No problems with noise. Adequate desk space, with a straight chair. No trouble with wi-fi. Plenty of light available throughout the room. Temperature control worked OK, but see below.

Clean and comfortable. Great price, can’t complain. Hot/cold water great. Parking great. Air/heater great. My wife and I enjoyed our night there. We will coming back when we are in town again.

Location was close to where I needed to be. Price was good.

Motels in this price range around Ventura/Oxnard, even Motel 6, have trade offs for the price. Like: the sink tap sprays sideways, the tv clicker doesn't work, etc. But at Ventura Beach Motel you have everything working, full HBOSHOW channels, plenty of hot water. We stayed there for 3 weeks. Always quiet at night. Comfortable beds, responsive management. The best value for your money in Ventura.
